Seriously, those who really want the next lanfest to happen sooner, post your enthusiasm in this thread.
From talking with the organisers there is nothing even slightly concrete yet and it would be nice to drum up some support and get this thing going.
And as an aside, who knows of some good cheap venues that could accomodate 50+ geeks and the power/deoderant they require?
I dont want to wait till next year for another lan, and i'm sure you tauranga/bop gamers don't want to either. |

Looks like I maybe coming back to Tauranga this weekend as I have been tempted with free petrol from people up here if I take them to Tauranga. So that means, LANfest planning session/LAN this weekend?
If we get a go ahead from all the organisers about what sort of date we will be looking at I could have a venue booked next week.
