In CounterStrike Source you need a VOTEBAN if your teammate nades you in spawn. In Crysis Wars you need a Speed Strength Punch to the head like a whole in the head. In L4D you need a co-ordinated versus team but you get a bunch of endlessly leaping hunters around the map without attacking the survivors In COD 4 Modern Warfare you need a dedicated server with a mod and a custom map, hold on you got them just fine ......
