Definitely go with 7 64bit. No point in having a 32 bit OS anymore.

After much contemplation, changing suppliers, ordering then cancelling, having my credit card declined, and changing some of the components once again I've finally done it.
Ended up using ComputerLounge.co.nz (+MightyApe.co.nz for 22" HD monitor). Will post again once I have everything with me.
God I hope nothing is DOA.
